Who is Robert?

Thank you for visiting my site. I have been a professional photographer of some sort for the past 18 years. I started out in high school and college shooting professional skateboarding and then decided to get a formal education in photography, which I did at Daytona Beach’s Southeastern School for the Study of Photographic Arts. Spending nearly 4 years there, I was trained in every aspect of photography and have since put that training to good use. Over the years I photographed models, famous bands, not so famous bands, architecture, commercial table top, illustrations, important events, 10 seasons of the NBA, NCAA Football, Martial Arts, portraits and for the past 5 years, 99% of my photographic business has been dedicated to capturing the beauty and emotion of weddings.

I realized early on that a wedding day allows me to use my full range of experience from the timing I developed shooting sports to the eye I have for capturing beauty and fashion. In the end though, your wedding day is not about me but really about how well I can capture what it is about YOU that is unique. Yes, I will bring a certain style to the images of your wedding but it’s who you are as a couple I really hope shines through. No amount of artistic treatment can take the place of a well told visual story. The great thing is artistry and story telling are not mutually exclusive and I will do everything in my power to deliver to you powerful, artistic images that at once are narrative and stand on their own as artistic visions.
