Upgrade Done… sorta…

The upgrade is finished on the server side and now it’s just up to me to re-upload all your client galleries. From now on, you’ll log in to a site that will contain any and all galleries associated with your wedding/event. You will also be able to tag favorites and order prints. Overall, I think it will greatly enhance your experience.
I will begin reloading the galleries in reverse order of their original upload date so the newest will go up first. Remember, your first gallery password is all you’ll need to get into your site.

This came up rather quickly but I will be upgrading my site over the course of the next couple days. It may be down at times but mainly what that means to you is my proofing area will be undergoing a total re-work. The galleries you currently have will be replaced by a new system that will incorporate a shopping cart so you can order prints, etc, and possibly much more. I will be going from a system of galleries to more of a mini-site for each wedding and event I do. It should be much better and I am really excited about the changes. I will try to keep all passwords the same, and since these sites should encompass ALL images previously spread across 2 or 3 galleries, the password you used to access the first of your galleries is likely the one that will access your new mini-site. My Finao sample arrived over the weekend and it’s more beautiful than I ever imagined. It’s one thing to see someone else’s book, or a website but to feel the leather and see the details is to understand the quality this company produces. It’s the closest I think I have come to understanding what it must be like for a couple to see their album for the first time. Here are some shots. Anyone getting a Finao in their package can request a meeting where you can see it for yourself, and of course, any future consultations will include this book.
